Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation - CPR

REMO is an American Heart Association Community Training Center. REMO conducts AHA Healthcare Provider CPR training and certification courses (both original and recertification) on a regular basis. Enrollment is open to the public.

Description of Healthcare Provider Course

This course is designed to meet the needs of professional healthcare providers who respond to cardiac and respiratory emergencies. Course content includes adult and pediatric one-rescuer CPR, foreign body airway obstruction management, two-rescuer CPR, use of barrier devices and Automated External Defibrillation.

Registration / Cost

Pre-registration is required for all courses.
Registration closes 5 business days prior to the course.
The cost of the original course is $80.00 (updated 4.23.09)
The cost of the recertification course is $60.00 (updated 4.23.09)
Payment should be made in the form of cash or check (made payable to REMO).

In-person registration is preferred.
By mail registration can be accomplished by downloading the Registration Form
below and mailed to REMO with your payment.

Original HEALTHCARE PROVIDER courses are offered one Tuesday and one Saturday each month at 9 AM.
This class runs approximately 6 hours with no break for lunch. Bring a drink and a snack with you.

Recertification HEALTHCARE PROVIDER courses are on one Tuesday each month at 9 am OR 6 pm and
YOU MUST PRESENT A CURRENT CPR CARD to register for recertification. This class runs about 3 ½ hours.

Registration with payment is required a minimum of 5 (five) business days prior to the class. You may register in person or by mail. The registration form and information may be accessed at our website: www.remo-ems.com. Payment by cash or check is acceptable – we do NOT accept credit cards.
